These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Lipsiart
By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below:

1. General

Subject to stock availability. There is usually 1 pcs of garment in the stock. We fulfill any order after payment. In case the item is out of stock, the availability will be again within 1 – 2weeks.
Anyway we will contact you whether you would prefer to wait restocking, or you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on size of parcel and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Refund policy

All LIPSIART items are made by crafted and go through a high-quality process, from sublimation printing on the fabric to the hand – made work of a professional dressmakers. Our priority is honest communication prior to order. Please do email all questions about sizes and even your personal ideas, desgning tailor – made special for you, that the result is fitted for person to person in light of personal touch. Please do email all questions about your vision on lipsi@lipsiart.com prior payment. To ensure you will have all the information and pictures of the items, there are detailed photos on the website or extra photos sent if you need, therefore Lipsiart operates a No-Refund Policy. However we will happily accept returns with subject “Exchange“ and “Faulty” if the item is unused condition, undamaged, without stains, and in re – sellable condition. The item returned to us in original packaging we offer an exchange within 14 days from the date you received the package providing the following conditions:
– Returned product will be replaced by another at the same price
– Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
– We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
– You must contact us first at lipsi@lipsiart.com with the subject “Exchange” and an explanation of your reasons prior to shipping. Please note that exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.
– We do not offer exchange for a “change of mind” or cancellation on any product.
– In case of the technological problem (“Faulty stitches”, “Stain” or similar condition) – please inform us at lipsi@lipsiart.com with the subject “Faulty”, full description and images of the problem. We can offer exchange with the same product or product of the same price category

4. Delivery Terms

– Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 3 days

– Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally varied greatly depending on the courier. Usually 2 days – 3 weeks.

– Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Duties & Taxes

– Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website

– Import duties and taxes.
If the customer order Products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer. Be sure of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Lipsiart at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
